Our technical teams work closely with our growers, pack houses and processing facilities to ensure all of our operations are certified to the highest industry standards. Our quality depots at both Johannesburg and Cape Town Airports ensure that product meets the quality standards. A full quality report is conducted upon intake and uploaded via our QC app to be sent on to our teams and growers throughout the supply chain. All product is checked pre-flight in this way and samples are taken for rigorous shelf-life testing.
Temperature monitoring plays an important role in understanding and optimising flight routes, to maintain quality fresh produce. All our suppliers are certified to provide assurance that product is produced according to industry best practice, ethically sourced, environmentally sustainable and fully traceable.
